This is a really serious situation, which puts AngelPay at risk; so we urge you to never allow your account to lapse into this situation.

If you don't have any funds available in your bank account when we attempt to debit for your Membership Dues or other bank-mandated merchant account fees, your bank will reject the debit and notify us that it was not successful. You will then be charged $30 to cover our costs, in addition to the amount that was originally debited. If you have current sales still in process, funds from those sales will be held to cover the amount of the reject and reject fees. 

If there are no current sales, AngelPay will be forced to contact you with a collections notice and options for paying the past due balance. If the balance is not paid before the end of the month, your merchant account and AngelPay Membership will be terminated.
